This is the second half of a two-part Lunar Medicine workshop taught by Chloe, from a Western Herbalist and #QueerWitch perspective.

Part Two: The Full Moon in Scorpio

After six weeks of eager anticipation, we will meet once again to press our glycerite, bottle and share it. This class will focus on the virtues of sharing medicine with one another, and community building based on the classical Lunar themes of nurturing, healing, giving, caring and support. The goal is to transform our collective perspective on holistic healthcare so our access to herbal medicine is based on need, not greed. Let's brainstorm creative ways to get generous!

After our discussion, we're doing an herb-share! It's time to put my non-monetary resources where my mouth is. (Get it? It's a play on the saying, "put your money where your mouth is." But without money.) If you have any herbs you would like to bring for trading or sharing this is the perfect time to make that exchange! Tinctures, glycerites, dried or fresh herbs, etc. If you don't bring anything, that is A-OK. Who knows? Maybe you will find just the herb you need this evening.

$10 - 20 suggested donation, though nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. All funds raised and medicine made will go toward buidling a community apothecary and supporting the efforts of the Hawthorn Community Herb Collective.
