This panel discussion will include recovering heroin addicts and people who work in halfway houses. Participants wil address heroin in the community and harm reduction techniques such as Narcan administration (which will be given out for free at the event).

The organizers welcome open discussion for parents whose children are active users and vice versa. Participants will discuss what is happening in their immediate community and the best course of action for people who want to obtain sobriety (ie rehab facilities and halfway houses).
