Jill has been teaching plant-based cooking for almost 30 years, with an emphasis on pressure cooking for the past 20 years. She is a Registered Dietitian, culinary educator and the author of 4 cookbooks, with The New Fast Food and her latest Vegan Under Pressure focusing exclusively on pressure cooking.
You will see Jill in action and get to taste samples of what she prepares. The pressure cooker is a vegan game changer.
